Faraday's was started by Ray Keller about 40 years ago in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania. How did Faraday's get its name? Mr. Keller picked the name out of the phone book because it sounded perfect for a health food store.
Ted and Jeanne Hopkins owned and operated Faraday's for 24 years. As Ted and Jeanne carried on Faraday's tradition, they always guided their customers with the book called Prescription for Nutritional Healing.
Faraday's was sold in November 2011 to Lorne and Susan Slack. The store was moved to its new location at 570 Main Street in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania. Faraday's has increased their Supplement lines, Non-GMO foods, and Gluten Free products to accommodate their customers.
